Our team has 50 years of combined experience working at executive support level. Through that experience we understand the lifestyles of our clients and what is important to them. We have the confidence to tailor individual solutions and deliver them to a first-class standard.

 

 

Adele Blair, founded  Blair Lifestyle Management in July 2006.  Adele spent 20 years working in the corporate world in London, Sydney and Brisbane as a Personal Assistant, a Recruitment Consultant and most recently as a National Administration Manager of an International Recruitment Agency.

Throughout her corporate career, Adele has had to tackle a wide range of “outside the box” tasks for her employer whilst continuing to manage her “normal job”.  This prompted Adele to create Blair Lifestyle Management; an opportunity to utilise her amazing organisational and management skills whilst providing an essential service where everyone can have an extra pair of hands when they need them.

 

Jane Moharich, Brisbane – Jane has over 5 years experiences as a Personal Assistant, and 10+ years in office management and administration; and is supported by 3 years experience as an international travel consultant.  Jane’s focus is directed towards client service and developing relationships.  In recent years Jane has managed events for groups of up to 500 in London, Las Vegas and Sydney  as well as arranged commercial and private aircraft travel, VIP tickets and access to ‘sold out’ events and venues worldwide. With a global and diverse perspective Jane is able to manage projects small and large, domestic and international.  She is a pocket-rocket, reliable, and resourceful.

 

 

Mary Mamootil, Sydney – Mary has spent many years working for large corporates throughout Australia and in London.  Mary started her career as a personal assistant, however her natural talent for organising ensured her success as an Internal Events Manager at one of Australia’s leading law firms where she was responsible for all events throughout Australia and internationally.   Mary then went on to run her own successful event management business before being lured to live overseas for a number of years.  She has now returned to Australia and is the face of our Sydney office.  Mary is the master of multi-tasking!

 

 

 

Kelly Carter,  Brisbane – From the beginning Kelly’s 5 years’ experience in the world of 5 star Hotels provided her with a strong customer service focus.  Her natural ability to organise led to the career path of Executive Assistant and Corporate Events Management.  After 10+ years of enjoying these roles Kelly joins Blair Lifestyle with her honed organisational skills for both the home and office.  Having now added the successful running of her own busy family household to her resume,  Kelly’s passion for organising and eye for detail will easily help create more space and time for your home and / or office.

 

 

Nicole McLachlan,   Brisbane – Nicole has spent 25 years as a Personal Assistant for Chairmen, CEOs and Federal Government Ministers.  As a former Australian Secretary/Administrator of the Year, Nicole knows the importance of detail, time management and organisation.  More recently, Nicole and her husband established a Corporate Affairs consultancy specialising in issues and crisis management before her husband became a Councillor on the Brisbane City Council.  They have two children and Nicole loves nothing more than the challenge of managing her own busy life with the needs of her clients.

 

Accreditations

In September 2009, Blair Lifestyle Management received accreditation from International Concierge and Lifestyle Management Association (ICLMA); we are now Certified Concierge Specialist and just the second concierge organisation in Australia to achieve this standard.

In October 2009, we were also received accreditation as Expert Professional Organiser from the Australasian Association of Professional Organisers (AAPO), this is the highest accreditation available in Australasia!

In 2011, Adele was nominated as a Finalist in the Telstra Business Womens’ Awards in the Business Owner Category.

Community

Through our work we are proud to support our community.

For each new Lifestyle Management client we provide a loan, through Kiva, to women in developing countries who are trying to start their own business which will, in turn, support their community.

Through our Professional Organising services we are often asked to donate unwanted clothing and household items.  We work closely with local charities with a strong focus on women, so that the items are given directly to those most in need.

To reduce our carbon footprint, in the transit of goods for Green Apple Organising, we donate 10c for every item sold to Trees for the Future.  Trees for the Future has been helping communities around the world plant trees. Through seed distribution, agroforestry training, and country programs, they have empowered rural groups to restore tree cover to their lands.
