Adele was a pleasure to know. She understood very quickly what I needed and delivered. I was worried my request was silly or not 'luxury' enough to warrant this service but Adele never made me feel embarrassed about the fact I needed her to buy ordinary items from ordinary shops and deliver them to a family member in need. What Adele chose was perfect and in my budget. The pictures she sent via email (I was in another state) were helpful, as was her offer to be available to call over the weekend. I was very grateful for the beautiful assistance, all carried out while I was busy at work 2000 km's away!
